Refund / Return / Exchange Policies

All of our products are backed by a 100% manufacturer guarantee on materials or manufacturing defects.

Return for Refund

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will arrange for the return of the product and issue a prompt refund upon receipt.

Please note these simple guidelines:
1) All returns must be made within 10 days of product receipt.
2) Returns must be shipped in the original packaging with a copy of the packing slip enclosed.
3) Original shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of buying during a free shipping promotion, the shipping costs will be assessed. If the product is in less than New Unused condition, the product will be returned and no refund will be given.
4) Product(s) must be in NEW condition, and a restocking charge of up to 20% may apply.
5) You will need a return material authorization number (RMA). Call us, or e-mail us using the information listed below. Please have your packing list in front of you for prompt processing.
6) We ship in convenient case packs, and only full case packs can be accepted as a return.
7) Please note that reusable products CANNOT be returned after the package is opened. Please be sure of your size when ordering.

Return for Exchange

Upon receipt of your order, please check your purchases carefully. Verify that the size, color and style is what you ordered.

Please note these simple guidelines:
1) All exchanges must be made within 10 days of product receipt.
2) Products being exchanged must be in new condition, and in original packaging.
3) If we made a mistake in the original order that necessitated the exchange, we will pay shipping charges both ways!
4) Call us, or e-mail us using the information listed below. Please have your packing list in front of you to help speed up the process.

Please contact us prior to sending back a return for refund, or return for exchange. We will issue you a return material authorization (RMA) number that must appear on the outside of the return box. We cannot accept shipments that do not have RMA numbers listed on the box.
