Refund / Return / Exchange Policies

Return for Refund

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will arrange for the return of the product and issue a prompt refund upon receipt.

 

Please note these four simple guidelines:

1)       All returns must be made within 10 days of invoice.

2)       Returns must be shipped in the original packaging with a copy of the packing slip enclosed.

3)       Original shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of buying during a free shipping promotion, a reasonable  fee may be assessed. (Never greater than actual shipping and handling charges!)

4)       Call us, or e-mail us using the information listed below. Please have your packing list in front of you for prompt processing.

Please be advised that we reserve the right to assess up to a flat $10 handling fee per item on return for refunds. This is to help defray a portion of our cost incurred in handling, and re-processing.

 

Return for Exchange

Upon receipt of your order, please check your purchases carefully. Verify that the size, color and style is what you ordered.

 

Please note these simple guidelines:

1)       All exchanges must be made within 10 days of invoice.

2)       Products being exchanged must be in new condition, and in original packaging.

3)       If we made a mistake in the original order that necessitated the exchange, we will pay shipping charges both ways!

4)       Call us, or e-mail us using the information listed below. Please have your packing list in front of you to help speed up the process.

 

Please contact us prior to sending back a return for refund, or return for exchange. We will issue you a return authorization (R A) number that must appear on the outside of the return box. We cannot accept shipments that do not have R A numbers listed on the box.
